Located in the Spreebogen area in the center of the German capital Berlin, the master plan is a proposal for a new federal capital complex that comprises the German Parliament, Federal Council, the Federal Chancellery and the Federal Press Conference Centre on a 62-hectare site with a required area for governmental programs of about 250.000 sqm.
